Do you provide support with a license?

cPanelDirect offers one (1) support request per license per month at no charge. Support packages may be purchased at an additional charge. cPanelDirect focuses on end users looking for instant activation of a license through our control panel. Please see our cPanel Wiki

Are there any countries prohibited from purchasing a license?

cPanelDirect does not sell licenses to Turkey nor for a machine owned, operated, or located in a country and/or person that US export regulations prohibit. Any license from one of these countries will not be activated.

What forms of payment does cPanel Direct accept?

cPanelDirect uses PayPal as a main form of payment. However, as of September 1, 2008 we now also accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

When are renewal payments due?

answer
A renewal invoice is due with in 8 days of being issued. An email will be sent on the day the invoice is created. If the invoice remains unpaid another reminder 24 hours before suspension and then again at suspension will be sent. If a license is suspended, paying the open invoice will automatically reactivate the license.
